在利兹卡尔顿102楼的粤菜餐厅，环绕着维多利亚夜景，环境不用说，非常棒！另外，米其林二星的荣誉让每天问津的客人不缺，所以需要提前一两天订位。既然是米其林二星，我和朋友就选了他们的主打套餐Signature menu来尝鲜。第一道是前菜，但也是他们得奖的菜叫天龙献萃，由海蜇、大虾多士和黑猪叉烧组成。三种不一样的口感让前菜挑动了大家的食欲。第二道菜是酿蟹盖，除了蟹肉鲜美，最值得称赞的是上面的几片甜姜，清甜解腻。第三道菜是花胶鸡汤，整个是在嫩椰子炖的，椰子把鸡汤的鲜味都吊出来了。第四五道是班球和和牛也不错，但最出色的还是第六道菜松露竹笙卷，没想到两种菌类不但没有互相影响到对方的味道，反而互相衬托互相吊起对方的鲜味，给个赞！这里的服务员非常周到体贴，每道菜都用中英文（因为我朋友是老外）介绍菜的材料，去卫生间也把你带到门口，非常棒！
